Sunlight Improves Eyesight

The sun bestows health, vigour and vitality. Sit in the sun in the early morning and evening with your eyes closed. Slowly move your head from side to side. Allow the sun to shine directly on your closed eyelids for ten minutes. Now come in the shade. Cover the eyes with your palms and hands for five minutes. Avoid any pressure on the eyeballs.

Your eyesight will improve. There will be no necessity for wearing glasses.
