      • You may have good features and complexion but you cannot be called beautiful without radiant health.


      • Take some sort of exercise daily such as a morning walk or some abdominal gymnastics or practise Yoga Asanas such as Surya Namaskar, Pashchimottanasana and Sarvangasana.


      • Take a morning bath (either in hot or cold water) everyday.


      • Finish your evening meal before 7 or 8 p.m.


      • Do not get up from bed many hours after rising of the sun. Go to bed between 10 and 11 p.m.


      • Observe regularity in your times for different daily activities especially for eating, sleeping and getting up from bed.


      • Eat only fruits, vegetables and milk once a week. On other days take fruits in the morning and the afternoon in addition to your usual food.


      • Take simple food. Avoid fried and spiced food and sweets as far as practicable.


      • Drink sufficient quantity of water to ensure proper elimination.


      • Do not overload your stomach.


      • Cleanliness is next to godliness. The clothing worn next to the skin should be changed and washed daily.


      • Pray to God fervently to give you health, wealth and power to fight the battle of life successfully.


      • Be regular in your prayer and Japa.


      • Cheerfulness is the best tonic. It bestows good physical and mental health.
