Bhajan, Kirtan

8.00- 9.00 p.m.

Atma Vichar, self-analysis, intros pection, spiritual diary

9.00- 9.30 p.m.

Sleep

9.30- 3.30 a.m.

Note-Spiritual Diary must be kept by all spiritual aspirants irrespective of age, caste, position in life.

Every member should observe Mouna daily at least for one hour between 7.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m.

A similar routine must be prepared by all spiritual aspirants according to time, temperament and inclination.

On all holidays more time must be given for Japa, Dhyana, concentration, Nishkamya Karma Yoga, Mouna, etc.

If Spiritual Diaries are sent to the President, Divine Life Society, Rishikesh, with appropriate stamps for posting the reply, further lessons will be given.
