Arrogance is undue assumption of importance. It is unreasonable or excessive assumption or assertion such as of superiority. It is overbearing pride. An arrogant man is unduly or excessively proud, as of wealth, status, learning, etc. He shows pride in spirit or conduct. He is unwarrantably assuming, overbearing and haughty. It is that species of pride which consists in exorbitant claims of rank, dignity, estimation, or power, or which exalts the worth or importance of the person to an undue degree. This is to caution all the devotees of Gurudev that some fraudsters have launched a website impersonating the official website of The Divine Life Society, in order to mislead the public and collect money in the name of booking rooms, joining Yoga Courses, etc. Devotees are advised to beware of the fake website with the address https://sivanandaashram.co.in/, email Id info@sivanandaashram.co.in & phone number 9668461538 and take necessary precautions from falling prey to such scammers. It has never been a practice of the Ashram to let the devotees book rooms or register for Yoga Courses through phone or Whatsapp.

Those who are devoted to the Ashram and Gurudev know very well that the Ashram does not charge anything for any Seva at the Ashram.
